• Initiator van het ontwikkelingsproces om product-market fit te bereiken en ontwerper van de technische architectuur om het freemium bedrijfsmodel wereldwijd te schalen.
• Verantwoordelijk voor de financiële infrastructuur. Gezien het internationale en transactionele karakter van de SaaS, leidde ik de diepgaande integratie en het beheer van Subscription Management en Payment Processing. Dit omvatte het automatiseren van recurring billing (maandelijkse/jaarlijkse abonnementen), het opzetten van flows voor chargeback management en fraude-preventie, en het inrichten van operationele en financiële rapportages voor business analyse.

• Responsible for the financial infrastructure. Given the international and transactional nature of the SaaS, I led the deep integration and management of Subscription Management and Payment Processing. This included automating recurring billing (monthly/annual subscriptions), setting up flows for chargeback management and fraud prevention, and establishing operational and financial reporting for business analysis.
• We built a self-managing technical team (8 engineers) with a strong focus on quality. This resulted in a robust software stack and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS) that collected and processed data from millions of web pages every day.
• Successful exit in 2021. Co-responsible for the successful acquisition by Bridgeline Digital. A smooth due diligence confirmed the operational maturity and financial health of the company.
